Tigers are 40-18 in the regular season dating back to August 11, 2024. It's the best 58-game stretch of Tigers baseball since posting the same record between August 19, 2011 - April 26, 2012.

New look Casey Mize is already turning heads this season.
With two starts under his belt, the former first overall pick is pitching the best baseball of his life.

Should Tigers seriously consider demoting Colt Keith as his confidence plummets?

Who will be the next player to 3,000 hits?

Mize with a nasty strikeout in bottom of first. But 3-2 fastball to Buxton was crushed. CM gets the next two batters. Trail 1-0.

Terrible pitch with 2 strikes. Why give in? Trail 2-0 now. Batters need to wake up.

FFS another 2 out k wkth 2 on from Greene. How many times has Tork had to lead off an inning after a Greene K

Greene leads team now with 24 K's. That includes the two today.
His obp is dropping.
Down to .279. Yikes

Strangely Tork is 2nd on the team with 18 but he is mashing the ball.

Kreidler and Colt are next around 13.

I guess the silver lining is that the team offense has been amazing with their 2 best hitters(Greene and Carp) doing little. Once guys like Tork, McKinstry and Dingler cool down, hopefully those 2 will get hot.
