Game #15: Detroit Tigers @ Minnesota Twins, Sunday April 13th, 2025, 2:10 Pm

So far Tigers hitters have 0 walks today. Mize pitched ok. I bet he wishes he had Few pitches back. Shame Greene couldn’t break out of his slump. He will get one more at bat unless we bat around in an inning.

Not our day . Just can't seem to get the sweep (except white sox). At least Cleveland lost .

I get the feeling that Colt Keith is going to sit for a game, or get sent down this coming week with another 0 for 4 and 2 k's.

With another mash, Tork settling into middle of the order.

Seems like the right play. My only concern is where would they play him? I really don't want him to take innings away from Hao-Yu Lee at 2nd. Maybe play him at 1B there? Honestly, it might be time to try him in the outfield.

I think they will give him at least 100 at bats. He is at 48 after today.
He may even get half a season. Lee needs at bats at 2nd. Hopefully
Greene and Colt will start to hit soon.

Who we bring up so they can DH? It's not even about 2B anymore. You're not going to bring someone up just to DH is my guess until we have a good defensive OF and put Carp as DH.

So let's fk it up even more. 2B, 1B, DH and now OF. All in the span of two weeks.

2B is off the table. He's not gonna get innings there. Tork is a better 1B so you have to figure his long term place defensively. He's athletic enough to handle outfield imo.

Toledo is off to a 4-11 start. (Last place)
Lee is only batting .200 in 45 at bats.
Jung is the only one hitting.
Ben Gamel is hitting but who cares he is 33.
Foley and Montero are doing ok.
Not really much to get excited about

=====================
Erie is 6-3 on the season.
Of the Top three hitters i have heard of Campo’s (22 years old)
and top six are over .300…..26 year old Bigbee leads team in rbis and homers ….Liranzo is really struggling at 2 for 19.

All the pitchers seem old other than Hamm
=============================
West Michigan is also 5-4
Max Clark is mashing. I’d rather see him in cf than Kreidler.
Max has a team lead 11 RBIs. Max 9 bb and 8 k’s.
Sadly Mcgonigle is hurt again.

One pitcher is 2-0 . The staff has 88 k’s to 30 BB’s. 1.116 whip.

==============================
Lakeland off to a 4-5 start.
Baddoo is playing here rehabbing. Sadly Rainer hurt..
