Stafford throw on the pick 6 was terrible. Once again he didn't get help. Dickerson is playing with a damn concussion and doesn't tell anyone and drops and holds in OT.


The coach does not matter until Bush and Stafford get their heads out of their asses. We lose with any coach with these turnovers. And if the turnovers are on a coach, it's on Linehan the OC.

There's no doubt Linehan gets a chunk of the blame. The QB coach too. I know Staff is a gunslinger ala Favre but he needs someone who can teach him when it's time to just play it safe. There are QB in this league I wouldn't think would be successful yet they are because they have good coaching. Nothing wrong with a stat line of 25 TD 6 INT. I don't like throwing 600 times or more.

Stafford has been TERRIBLE over the past 6 games. Today was more of the same. He is young and can still improve but his poor play over this 6 game stretch is the biggest reason the Lions are going to miss the playoffs this year.

The whole fn team!! Defense, ST's, offense, fumbles, INT's. Stafford is part of the problem YES, but this team is a frickin trainwreck. To put more blame on the QB is dumb and unjust.

It's a team effort for sure...but when the leader of the team shits all over the field in the 4th quarter & OT he gets and deserves most of the blame. The NFL is a QB league...when you have a QB that plays great you have success. When you have one that has played like Stafford has over the past 6 games you miss the playoffs 9 times out of 10.

Have to agree & just WHY is Stafford rifling all of his throws regardless of distance. I can understand throwing sidearm ( I suppose) if he is attempting to thwart batted passes, but then he increases the risk of the pass being more off-target and too low.

It's not fixed...they just aren't very good. This is a multi bilion dollar business. It is beyond me why they don't have full time employees for refs in the NFL.

It still didn't matter in this particular game though, refs were giving the lions breaks all day..the nfl wanted the lions to win this one but they were so bad they still couldn't stop shooting themselves in the foot long enough to take what the nfl was trying to give em
