Hutch isn't the answer. Terrible 2nd season. He doesn't get doubled nearly as much a people want to say he does. Still need a stud pass rusher.

He leads the entire League in Pressures and Hurries. Should he have more sacks? Most definitely. Double teams also mean getting chipped by the backs and TE's and that happens to him an awful lot. They need another body on the other side. He'll get better and smarter.
