Refs missed the Moore fumble. He was down. Second Peterson fumble, Jones not offisdes on that one and a block in the back on the Sherels return

Could have won but the refs hurt us too. True loss on this one. SD was a true win with the second int cheating by SD.

See now you are just flat out lying. At least before you could hide behind beliefs or technicalities. Moore wasn't down, simple. Jones lined up offsides, could see it easily.

Whoever it was the end was offside.. his helmet was 4-6 inches in the neutral zone. Poor coaching as it happened a bunch the week before also..

Change the play. To what. A run? We couldn't run block. The tackles just lost thier matchups. 2 hits and 10 hurries from the tackles. Warford didn't play well. It wasn't the protection calls

Is Matt and Joe incapable of calling out or designing plays/routes that can slow down a pass rush.. Give me a break what is Matt a 7 or 8 year vet.. We are not talking about a rookie here. You would think Matt and Joe could get together and figure it out. You and I both know there are ways to slow down dominate pass rushing teams.. Look no further then what New England did to Buffalo yesterday or what they did to us last year.. These are just excuses you are using to defend Matt.. Nothing But excuses for a crappy 0-2 team right now.. Caldwell better figure it out because his teams seem to fold after having some success..

The number 1 problem with this team (by a HUGEEEEE margin) is the O-line. They Cant pass block, and they cant run block. The box score might say 1 sack and 8 hits allowed, but anybody who watched the game can tell that the O-line is a freaking disgrace at the moment.

The running game sucks because the O line cant block.

AA is def. our best back, but he cant do it by himself (Look no further than the Eagles/Murray). Ive seen one 'hole' created by the O-line this year, and that was on AA's 25 yard TD run.

The Passing game sucks because the O line cant 1) Pass protect and 2) teams are holding their safeties back because we have ZERO threat of beating them with the rush.

It doesnt matter how strong of an arm stafford has, or how much CJ or Tate can 'stretch the field' you cant beat a team over the top without forcing them to commit even a LITTLE BIT to the run...there were a handful (id say 5 or so) plays where the O-line actually protected Stafford for more than 1 second, and on those plays, every reciever 10 yards + was covered, and Stafford either had to scramble (and get ahniliated) or throw a dink screen pass 4 yards.

Its easy to say the Defense sucks - which they do...but they need help. We all knew the defense would take a step back this year, but not a single person thought the Offense would take a step back.

Stafford should be able to recognize the defense and audible to the 'counter play' but, honestly, it doesnt fucking matter what he calls the way the O line is performing. They tried to run the ball on standard 'passing plays' (2nd and long, 3rd and long) and they literally did jack shit. Its embarassing...

I put 75% of the blame on the coaches (specifically Caldwell, Lombardi, and the Washburns) 15% of the blame on the O Line itself (Reiff has gone full retard, Warford has regressed/isnt fully healthy, the Right tackle spot is a carousel of inepitude). 5% on stafford, and 5% on the rest of the offense for not getting open/helping the O-line block.


I cringe thinking of the beating Stafford is going to take next week against Denvers D...KC is supposed to have an above average Oline, and they got absolutely bullrushed all day. What in the fuck are the Lions going to do to stop Miller/Ware and Co. from snapping stafford in half? I'd be half tempted to sit Stafford if I was Caldwell...until the O-line gets their heads out of their asses

I know you need to get into a rhythm and stuff but AA only had 9 yards on 6 carries. Why should they have gave him the ball more?

Touches not necessarily carries... i want to get him the ball in space not give him a carry in an obvious run down and distance. Idc if it was ap as our rb no one in those situations with our shit line is gaining any yards.
