Guys just are playing no defense and when they do get stops they don’t run anything. They take long shots over and over and over again. Or they make the wrong pass. Since the May extension they have played poorly. When they cant three Point shots the offense suffers. Down 12 with 12 left and looks like back to back home losses.

Out of a timeout down 12 Tre dribbles then jacks up a 35 footer. He runs zero offense.

Freaking 20/30 is just not good.
Now 21/32. 11 misses.

Burnett never looks for his three now because we can’t hit them anymore 4/19 with only a few minutes left.

Well, that was a neat finish, at least. A win is a win is a win. And we keep pace with State. bad point in the season to have a shooting slump though...

Box score
57 points in the first half. Defense is much better in the second half.
Outside shooting and missed free throws a huge issue.

I disagree that M doesn’t deserve the W.

Was it surprising that the game was as close as it was - closer than it should have been? Doubtless.

But a win is a win.
