Game 3: Detroit Tigers @ LA Dodgers. Saturday March 29th 9:10 pm

I'm tired about them thinking defense is the be all end all.
Tired of positional versatility.

Call up the damn players that can hit. Sweeny swing just doesn't look mlb ready. Could care less if Kreidler can field if he can't hit. Baez and Meada need to launched into the Sun.

Fetters wants our pitchers to own the strike zone. I get it but we never adjust. The Dodgers were swinging early and it burned Skubal. Vest others and the Bo implosion leads me to think he can't close yet.

Not sure we have players in the minors who can hit. With all that said its only been 3 games.

MONDAY MUSINGS.
Totally Tigers

Today, it’s about quick hits – bits of news that catch my radar during the week as well as connecting the dots re ongoing stories. Even the quirky.
So let’s get to it! Here are the most interesting topics that hit my radar over the past week………..

Tigers need to get them those Torpedo bats, pronto.

I think the point is that he thinks that they hurt the team more than they help. Remove them both and replace them with better players is probably his point.
And my point is they sucked and we still made the playoffs. So hurting more than helping and we still were a few outs from the ALCS. Every team has terrible players.

that team last year was so lucky. The entire AL central was over rated due to the White Sox being so terrible. I think the Tigers were 11-1 vs the Sox.

maeda -1.8 baez -1.1
No pitcher or batter had a worse War rating than these two clowns.
Their terrible stats speak for themselves. The Tigers won last year despite having them on the team as starters. Yes we did get close despite them on the team and here we are again with a bunch of no field and no hit players except for maybe 3 position players. But by all means keep arguing and proving both of our points.

Jason Foley's comments on being optioned to Triple-A don't help Tigers' image.

Jason Foley reacts to Detroit Tigers demoting him to Triple-A: 'I was pretty surprised'.

Who cares. The whole point was we made it even with some terrible players. Lucky, unlucky it doesn't really matter. Or would you rather be good but unlucky and not make it?
