Game 38 Tigers vs. redsox May 17

That's the right call, he was clearly inside the baseline and interfered with Porcello.

I'm not sure what just happened the ball went foul didn't it...eitherway it's and out and it looks like we are going to get the empty coke can in the 9th

Yep. He was on the line, then when he got over the ball he went inside the line, then at that point tried to get out of the way and on the next step was then outside the line. If he stayed on his initial trajectory he would have been fine.

Ricky is pitching like he wants to get paid 15 mil per year. Dammit, these guys are all getting too good lol

Miguel Cabrera is now tied for 12th in Tigers history with 241 doubles,
tied with Norm Cash and Bill Freehan.

last four starts, Rick Porcello has a 1.95 ERA (27.2IP/6ER) with 17 strikeouts and three walks.

So...the Red Sox NESN team just identified Kate Upton...who is at Fenway tonight...as "Justin Verlander's girlfriend..."

So does that make official?

They're an item?

Perchance, even...a couple?

Are KateLander?

Are they VerlUpton?

Enquiring minds want to know...?

Somewhere, Michael Sam, and his gay white boyfriend are jumping up and down and screaming..."that is so beautiful! We're so happy for the both of them, that they finally got together...!" They're probably clapping their hands...

Tigers starting pitchers now have the best ERA- of all time at 65.
ERA- is a park and league adjusted ERA. 100 is average for that year and for a neutral park. 65 is 35% better.

Generous strike call on the 3-0 pitch for Coker. I think the ump feels bad for him.
