Oh hell no... you can't overturn that. It wasn't even a question.
It's just a really bizarre rule because it relies on an imaginary line that overrules the very real line that marks out of bounds.
It's no different with a receiver toe tapping in the back of the end zone sure the ball isn't in bounds but it shouldn't matter. I understand the invisible line is harder to judge at the goal line. But it was pretty obvious staff was in bounds with the ball past the goal line.
