Game 4 Vikings @ Lions Thread

Sorry on phone the e is next to r and so trying to say he is not the guy it instead input h and r which the auto correct changes to hour.

U miss the drops by Calvin today, and the one on the final drive nonetheless? Say what you will, but Calvins and the rest of the teams drops shouldnt go unpunished by us fans either.

Like I said, they have a lot of problems. maybe the real question is what isn't a problem. Hanson maybe..??

...crickets...

Keep on repeating the same dumb-shit. Difference between can't do and want to do it. Or did you not see CJ get blasted all day.

did you see the last play Mitch, he didn't even bother to throw up for a possible PI or anything..

He was trying to by time and let his guys get down field. No blocking on his back side meant sack. Or did you expect him to throw a 10 yard pass in hopes of PI?

:lmao:

Maybe but again, same as last week and the week before - Stafford is long down the list of ones to blame.

Defense has actually kept people off of the board this year without getting much pressure. Special teams and dropped passes have killed us. And the offense can't put the ball into the end zone until their backs are too far against the wall. You can't keep playing from behind like this all the time.

I'm not convinced the week 1 INT's aren't still in his head from time to time.

Special teams suck, but Crossman won't be fired. Drops everywhere to be seen, and for whatever reason, noboby can get open. What is Linehan doing? Everybody is playing two safeties deep, where are the 8-10 yard passes down the middle of the field to a crossing receiver? Everything is to the outside. You know our offense is predicatable and stale when our leading receiver is our 3rd string RB.

Just another frustrating loss by the lions.. I hope i am wrong but I think this team will fold right up.. How can a NFL special tams be this bad? Too many guys like to celebrate just getting first downs and and crap... Coach S. better get it turned around or he will be shown the door after the end of this season. It really is apparent that him and his staff have not prepared this team very well at all for this season..

We kept Millen for 8 years, coach won't get fired over this.

Btw, we blame DD for the players the Tigers have why not blame Mayhew for suck secondary.

Schwartz @ presser: "There's no harder thing than losing in professional sports." Is he serious about that? With all that's happening in the world? That's some sense of perspective he's got there, especially in Detroit.

Sports people say sports stuff. That's all they think about.

And Detroit doesn't have it any worse than anywhere else. Detroit's problems are mostly from the people who live there. If Kwami ran on the 2012 ticket for Mayor, he'd win in a landslide. That should tell you about the people that live there.

I think it's a lot harder to live in Syria, live in a abusive relationship, kick a drug addiction, get your leg blown off in combat, survive the death of a spouse, and about 1,000 other things than it is to lose a football game at any level. I can appreciate the commitment and effort these guys expel but to say "there's no harder thing than losing in professional sports" is a bit irresponsible or a least lacks perspective.

I'm sure he meant it in a football perspective. I think you read too much into it.
