Where is the defense captains to come in there and know the situations. You had just stopped them and you don’t get called for throwing Rivers down like you should have but get undisciplined and get it in the scrum after colts linemen go to protect their qb. I so hate

None of that had anything to do with the call. Shelton was long gone by then. They called the tackle. Apparently were not allowed to tackle.

He brought Rivers down after the whistle, but the flag wasn't thrown until he was 10 yards away dancing. I think it might've been on whoever was scuffling with Rivers after he got up and they got the number wrong.

No they didn?t . That flag came in way after the tackle. Watch the tape unless they changed their minds 1 to 2 minutes after the tackle.
