Get StartedOrioles. No one is as bad as them.Worst team in baseball, considering that they have played 5-6 games less than their fellow lousy losers in the AL. and 3 less than the marlins in the NL
No doubt Avila is hamstrung by little I.
Orioles. No one is as bad as them.

Rangers 5 - Tigers 3: It could have been much worse.
Jordan Zimmermann looked bad again, and the Tigers? offense was quiet again as their losing streak hit five games. Again.

Had to lol @ Shep, Petry, and Gibson talking up Zimmerbum's "encouraging" outing last night vs rangers, postgame...but that is what they are being paid to do, sweep the shit under the rug and polish those Tigers turds.
I have to admit, even though I didn't love the contract, I was somewhat excited when they signed him. He was coming off 4 good years in Washington where he averaged about 200 innings, 1.1 WHIP and an era around 3.20. I expected a slight drop off coming over to the AL, but he has been terrible!

I realize not every move a GM makes is successful, but I see very few that I would call successful or even "break even" moves.

I wasn't referring to the last 5 years ( I didn't make that clear) but the time since Mr. I passed. No I do not think Avila is a good GM but lately I think he has a directive from little I, don't spend. It's obvious.
