Honestly he just doesn’t look and sound like he wants it, I think he didn’t earlier in his carrer but he’s just rather uninspiring ho hum now. Need a leader who doesn’t accept losing,oh hum we lost I need to play better, nothing we can do but prepare for the next loss, thanks guys

This imo is what happens after multiple coaching and scheme changes with cycles of failure, after awhile you just get the life sucked out of you. It’s just a job now and not fun

Hard to fathom not bring fired up making the kind of money he is making. I guess I agree I would like a tad more fire from him like some other qb?s but what are you going to do .
