How concerned

Guarentee whatever team wins the SB, someone will say "no one believed in us". I'll put a sawbuck on it.

How many times has one team talk trash and then get killed?

I think it does fuel a fire. Being doubted, and getting the revenge.

The lions were in that game for over 3qrts agaisnt a team that was suppose to kill them.

You don't think everybody in the country picking clemson over wvu made wvu want to win it that much more to prove ppl wrong

Sure its going to happen. And many times the team will just flat out lose.

And it didn't mean Clemson didnt have the same desire to win.

How about now?

Giants are feeling more and more like that 2007 team. It will be interesting if they face the Pats in the SB, but in many ways Giants fans would love to beat the 9ers and then the Ravens as a way to get a couple playoff monkeys off their back. I'd say it is at least equal to if not stronger than their desire to crush the Pats dreams again. Sure that is fun too, but not nearly as fun as back in 2007 when Pats were 18-0.

Anyway, just wanted to bring this conversation back around one more time.
