I think he has too much ego to step back to a coordinator position...Rex will hold out for a new head coach job, even if it means taking a year off.

You're right about the 3-4, I don't know if he's willing to adjust to his personnel. Probably not so scratch that. I do think he would take a Coordinator job though if show the door.
