I'm not sure what the process would be either. I think likely within the bylaws of the Democratic party they could likely nominate a new candidate should the candidate be deemed disqualified.

She was giving a speech couple weeks ago and blanked out for a couple of seconds, forgot where she was, had to be told to keep taking.
