Is this season over?

11-5, 2014, true 10 in 2015, 10 wins incoming in 2016 (and should be more if not for refs and injuries). Not wrong. I'm right.

The Lions are a good team. Not average. Average is 6-8 wins. Lions are about to win a division and be a 2-4 seed. Stud team.

We played the 4 toughest games all on the road. Now we finally get a home game to take the Packers to the wood shed. 19 PPG allowed at Ford Field. We are going to beat Rodgers to a pulp

Okay at least I know you are indeed sticking with the "I'm always right and when I'm wrong it doesn't count" routine.

I was trying to be more on your side with that post by not being so overly negative. But you insist on taking things to the absurd.

There is a sense of hostility and anger creeping in here with the countdown to Sunday nights Lions - packers game.
Please stay calm and less anger at any other poster that was in a previous recent post here not mentioned by name but more collective. 138.

I am still of the opinion that next year and thereafter, Quinn and Company will improve depth at key positions where the Lions lack of depth was exposed when a key starter was injured and missed time.

This says you're wrong..

Detroit
98-111- 1 .469

Washington
106 103 1 .507

That doesn't take into account home and away of each opponent and hotness of the Giants and when they played the Bears. Ravens and Cincy are garbage compared to Titans and Colts. Lions also beat the Skins. Lions had to go to Dallas, Giants, Houston and Green Bay so far. Lions had it tougher

Lions are the better team compared to Packers and Redskins

It was multiple injuries at CB, LB and RB. Not just one key starter. Two or more. And having your QBs throwing hand injured during the toughest part of the schedule is huge.

Lions have good depth. Bademosi did well in previous games and then Bryant was allowed to face mask him for a TD. Laken/Glasgow hold their own as depth for the other and Swanson. Robinson did a great job filling in for Reiff earlier this year at RT. Reiff is great depth for Decker. Bush, Wilson and Killebrew is tons of safety depth. Lions have a plethora of weapons.

The rookie Williams did ok for Bynes and Levy. Bynes is good depth for Levy but he was hurt too. Bostic hurt killed the depth at LB too.

Zenner is improving as the 3rd RB.

Lions have good depth other than nickel back although Barnes did well. Austin wanted his boy Jackson. That failed. We'll see if Jackson steps it up or Butler or Carter are getting a shot.

The Lions have depth. If you pay attention, you can see it.

Takes into account "hotness of the Giants?"

Every game is so independent of each other. Momentum may carry in a set of plays or a quarter, but over multiple games? Not buying it.

This is way off topic but after seeing this I now have a new wish car.. So sweet.

Home and away, injuries and which team has momentum is more important

It would be so cool to freaking crush the hated Packers !!!!!!l
LIONS FANS FREAKING DESERVE THIS WIN DAMN IT ALL!!!!!!!

Detroits schedule is weaker. Proven by the SoS like it is every year. Not some bullshit lkp hotness scale lol.

SOS is bullshit. I proved it. Injuries, home and away and momentum is not taken into account. Lions had the tougher schedule, maybe toughest in the league.

No, SOS is a real, measurable stat. Those things are all made-up bull shit to cover up.

Home and away and home and away records are real..injuries are real and change how good a team is. Momentum is real. I hear all this talk about five wins in a row for packers. Guess that doesnt matter and lions will crush them

EVERY TEAM has injuries. You think Detroit has it bad?? Who the hell is Green Bay trotting out there in defense, 3rd and 4th stringers??

Green bay has almost no defensive injuries other than shields. Lacy and cobb and cobb may play. Lions are more hurt.

Lions have an injured qb and two good rbs. Swanson was too. Diggs and slay. Ansah playing hurt. Major detrpit injuries

Every teamhas them but some have them more than others. Lions were on the short end of the injury stick once again this year. Hurt and playing hurt which wont show up in stats. Stafford finger trumps any other north injury

you say momentum is real? GB with 5 straight wins and the Lions with 2 straight losses. Isn't that momentum?
