With what the state has done to me, it won't be in my rearview for a long time man. But, it will be what it will be.

Point is, it can happen to anyone. I never saw this shit coming, and didn't think it would go anywhere when it did get dropped on me, because the allegations are just stupid. And yet here I am facing the rest of my life behind bars.

And over something so stupid and petty as being mad about a cell phone. It's the world we live in now. Kids have sued their parents for taking away their Playstation. Kids cry abuse because they were made to clean their rooms.

And trust me, they aren't snapping out of that shit just because they hit college. Did this girl ask for his number, and he told her no? In this world today, that might actually be all it took for her to say he raped her.

Kids are learning revenge young, and the older they get, the better the story they make up, not the more responsible they get.

Bringing it back to Winston, he does not have a case of possibly false accusations of sexual interaction. They both say it happened, one says rape, one says consensual. The one who says it was rape reported it the same night and got examined at a hospital. This also happened before Winston was anybody. He hadn't played a down for FSU at that point. It was a bad decision at the very least.
