Unbelievable. One minute you think Joe Paterno would have a ceremonious final game, with a tearful farewell to college football with the entire nation looking with warm regards. Then BAMM, the bus runs him over, and nobody cares... Perverts that hurt children are the lowest life forms and deserve NO mercy. Protecting perverts that hurt children is right down there with them.

I wouldn't say nobody cares; did you see the video on the thread I (probably poorly) titled "Fans above all else"?

I didn't see that. I'll have to go check it out.
 
the sad thing for the program is it didn't involve the current players

the issue was one of reporting, following up, allowing the guy access to athletic facilities, and not reporting suspected issue to proper civil authorities

i think there were things going on in a grand jury and the grand jury report is public - not good

unfortunatley the players who did nothing wrong get caught in all of this

the university president will be done today too - just shows higher ups are held accountable even if they weren't informed
