Is this thread a joke? Yes he had some bad late game management in a couple games, but there is a better chance of the Raiders winning the Super Bowl this year than Caldwell getting canned. 0% chance he gets fired, and nor should he.

no one in their right mind said he should outright get canned. The question was if you can keep Caldwell or Austin who would you keep. Personally I think Austin has changed this team more than Caldwell. I still cant believe we have a top 1 or 2 team defense....its crazy. Meanwhile the offense has taken a nosedive while led by the man that created peyton manning lmao.....
