True. That's why guys like Landry and Winston schedule visits with Detroit after a few others. just saying , very rarely do these guys make a bunch of visits...usually they find someone willing to overpay in either the 1st or 2nd visit.
their agents know the lay of the land.

the incoming class has no effect on the cap until final cuts are made....and if one of them happen to be in the top 51 salaries...which picking at #23 would probably be that player only.
