He replaces Cokes spot, and then whoever else, whether Turner or some FA signing, will replace Penny's spot.

Spot means nothing. He's not a number 4 starter. Who cares if he's a number 4 on the depth chart he's not a number 4.

Yeah, spot means nothing.

He'll be the person replacing Cokes spot in the rotation, and that is why you compare his numbers to Cokes despite the fact that he is the #2 starter and Coke was the #4.
