To be in fair, reports from Berkeley today indicate that very few believe that any of the 150 black clad terrorists were Berkeley students. They seem to be part of an anarchist organization that calls itself a "Anti--Far," or something like that. I'm hearing news that the terrorists were physically assaulting students participating in the peaceful protest.

It does seem unlikely to me that a person would jeopardize the future benefits that a degree from Berkeley can bring by doing something so stupid as to participate in violence at a protest.

Weird thing is that-at least in my opinion-Milo is pretty unimportant. He's basically a political humorist like Ann Coulter or Bill Mahar or Chelsea Handler - he is hardly worth participating even in a peaceful protest against.

I'm hearing that no arrests were made. I'm hearing people saying that the police were actually doing nothing.

Maybe Berkley is so liberal that the police there have actually become lefties themselves, and view criminals as victims.

Well...now that there are identifiable students claiming to possibly have been participants in the terrorism, maybe the Berkeley police can actually do something - question these people and if there's evidence to charge them with crimes, charge them with crimes.

Well some on the right might argue that he was simply carrying a military style assault rifle for self defense purposes as the other guy already made a threat, as would be his 2nd amendment right.

I'm playing devils advocate here, but I can easily counter any argument you can make using the right's own logic.

Also, it's pretty hard to prove whats "implied".

I had stopped watching SNL long ago it had just gotten really bad, its ratings have definitely jumped for the first time in many years.

never mind what would happen in court, Thumb is losing this argument badly right now. He thinks he's "using the right's own logic" to "counter every argument" but he's just digging himself deeper into a hole without realizing how illogical he's being. First, guy A didn't really issue a threat, he was responding to a threat. He warned guy B that he would defend his property against the threat of assault against his property - perfectly within his rights. The idea that guy b thinks he's defending himself from a threat is laughably stupid, one of the dumbest things posted here in a long time. The excuse that he is just using the the rights logic against them is simply moronic.
