Lightning 5 Red Wings 2 Final Game # 2

I guess one of the late goals when Glendenning was hurt Johnson gave him a elbow right to the head off the face off? They score a few seconds later I believe.. We need to get Gus and tatar off the same line. Both are just to small.

Blackhawks bring up their young talent and let them get experience. Wings keep them in the AHL for years. I could care less about his defense Mantha should be up to get playoff experience. Not like we are making a deep run. Send him back to GR after we bow out. Oh wait out brain trust thought Andersson was better :/

You question a team who has 25 straight playoff appearances and a few cup wins? They're not perfect but who is.. Whatever their philosophy is it works.

They have barely squeaked in the last few years and that's only because half the teams make it. They haven't been close to contending since 2009.

The Blackhawks have been the far superior franchise over the last 5-7 years.

What does this have to do with anything? You pick one team and all of a sudden they are the better franchise? They won two titles recently, before that 49 years of nothing. The Wings are one of the best NHL franchise, sports franchise of all-time. Not the 'Hawks.

What is wrong with discussing Holland misses? We all know Holland has been great but some of Holland decsions can be questioned. For all the big hits they have had they sure have whiffed a lot too in recent times in the draft. Has Andersson even played much? 4-2 in Cups in 25 years of playoffs is real good but 3 in 5 years is much better from the Hawks and they sre set up for more maybe.

Well first of all they've won 3 cups, and could very well win more. The point is relevant because that is where the wings USED to be, and are no longer. Maybe we can learn something from what they're doing and we're not? The wings were also "nothing" for about 40 years between their championship runs so they have that in common.

I do not enjoy getting blasted every playoffs. And we're fortunate to even make it at this point. Yes the wings have been incredibly successful the past 20+ years....but they are obviously trending down at this point. It's ok to discuss what's wrong and what the Hawks are doing right also. We want the wings to be cup contenders. Not just be happy to get in.

I'm not crazy about this coach. I want to give him some more time, but I don't feel he has gotten the best out of the team we have.
