Get StartedHe defended a pass last year once, which means he was actually within 5 yards of the man he was covering. So, yeah, he's one up on Jackson.
I'll tell you two stats that lost the Dallas game.....
Lions 1 QB hit (Ansah sack) and ZERO passes defended. We managed one impact play in 21 drop backs.
Dallas 10 QB hits (4 sacks) 1 INT and 8 passes defended. 19 impact plays in 50 drop backs.
Dallas was better up front and on the back end. If those stats don't improve Sunday we will lose again.
Sitting back and letting Rodgers pick us apart will NOT work.
Dallas OLine far surperior that Green Bay's OLine but you're spot on....

Saw this one on ESPN:
Passes thrown 15 or more yards:
Dak 5/6 113 Yards, 3 TDs
Stafford 0/7, 0 yds, 1 Int
Our qb is allergic to big plays and the non homers have been talking about it for awhile. You cant just dink and dunk down the field and kick field goals to beat good teams. We have no downfield weapons and when someone miraculously gets open down field Stafford is missing them frequently.
in fairness to Stafford though he has an injured FU finger and the Jones pair was a dynamic shit show.
In fairness to Jones.....Stafford gave him 0 opportunity on his bomb on the right sideline. Floated a duck. Lead him...he had his guy beat by 3 steps.
Same as the tate throw the previous week. Tate had his guy beat twice and should have been 2 touchdown passes. Both times tate had to slow down....1 was knocked away last second and the other was a poor throw that gave DRC enough time to recover and make the tackle. Stafford has been awful on medium to deep throws.
On his roll out interception vs Dallas Tate broke away wide open down field. Stafford missed him by 15+ yards and threw it directly at the defender.
Yeah, he can say his finger isn't a huge issue all he wants I don't believe him...

Stafford is injured. 100.5 QB rating before the injury. 59% 0 TDs and 4 picks since the injury. It's terrible luck once again
Injuries do not mean losses were not losses. Injuries cannot excuse lost seasons, etc. Just gotta deal with it, nothing says we win with Stafford 100%, this is a tough stretch of games
More important injuries than the other team can affect games. And ref errors. Yes they can cause losses that shouldn't have been losses.
There have been ref errors against the Lions. There have not been ref errors in the Lions favor this year.
41 DPI, OPI, offensive holding and def holding called on Detroit. 31 called on Green Bay. Those extra 10 cost Detroit wins and most of them were ref errors.
Ebron "OPI" Week 2, Lawson "DPI" Week 3, lack of OPI called on Nelson in Week 3, Whitehead "DPI" Week 4, Lawson DPI in Week 16, lack of OPI called on Bryant in Week 16. These are refs judgments and they are fucking the Lions. The Lions shouldn't have to play a perfect game to win a game. Lions should be sitting at 11-4 right and talking about a bye.

Do you think his injury is getting any better with each passing week or staying same/getting worse since he's not resting it and throwing all the time still.
