Lions re sign CB Crezdon Butler

I think the fact that Stafford has offensive linemen pushed back into him from every direction, and Dak is sitting in a clean pocket with no pressure might have a lot to do with this. Do you even watch the games or just follow stats on ESPN?

ya, i watched stafford roll out....with no one in his face.....could have ran for a first down. Had Tate wide the fuck open 30 yards down field. And he threw it 20 yards into a defenders arms. Do you watch any football other than the lions. Steelers for example....every big play Ben makes is once the pocket collapses and how he slides/manuevers to extend the play. Our oline has been very very good this year in pass pro. Not entirely sure what youre watching.

All these excuses start comming out lmao.....its hillarious. All of a sudden we have no weapons, no run game, no defense and no oline.....poor poor stafford has no help. Give me a break.....several of his shitty throws the last 2 weeks have nothing to do with any of those. Its him plain being inaccurate with he football. Dallas brought very little pressue other than when they blitzed.....stafford should be shredding the blitz.....but continued to make the wrong read.

Lions are not very fortunate. A ton of injuries and ref mistakes have cost them games. And now dealing with Stafford before a playoff clinch. Carr injury occurred after a playoff clinch. Big difference

Top two RBs, Ansah (and played hurt many), Slay(2+ and played hurt a few), Levy (now getting the rust off and limited snaps after missing most of the year, Stafford (in the most crucial time of the year in the toughest part of the schedule). That is not very fortunate. That is terrible bad luck. Plus Ebron 3, Swanson 3, Diggs IR, Reiff 1, Marvin Jones 1, Warford 2 among others.

41 penalties to Packers 31 on judgment calls. They didn't quite even out now did they.

There was more pressure the last two weeks. And Staffords inaccuracy is due to his broken finger.

thats less than 1 per game. Rarely does that make the difference in a game. And if 1 call is making a difference in a game....then your team sucks ass.

Our team sucks ass, and we still might win the North. That says a lot about our division

1 penalty per game is huge in this league. Plus all the missed calls on the other team. Ie nelson and bryant committing opi to get open

Lions are a good team. 1 penalty and other ref blunders and injuries can hurt a good team. Lions are still 9-6 and can win division. Overcoming adversity. Another sign of a good team

How is a 2 game losing steak when trying to solidify a playoff birth overcoming adversity? Lol

It shows we can shit the bed, and still come back and win the division.

Well now we know what's wrong with lkp finally. Is the English language. All this time we thought it was something wrong with his brain. In reality he had opposite definitions in his head. We really need to go back and look post by post to see what he really meant ask these years. If overcoming adversity really meant falling in the face of adversity....then shit...his entire world might be backwards.

and we lost 2 games when attempting to solidify a playoff spot. Thats the opposite of overcomming adversity.

What if we win the division for the first time in 23 years, with a roster that is lacking talent? Is that overcoming adversity, and overcoming mediocrity?

Giants, cowboys and Houston rarely lose at home. All 7-1 at home. Can't be lucky like packers and play them all at lambeau.

Lions beat packers and will have earned division. It won't be from an easy schedule. It will be from winning and earning 10 wins. 4-2 division, 7-1 home. Nice road wins at colts, Vikings and at saints. Not easy games there. Then a home game against probably giants, maybe packers or skins. Then we can see if being home mattered for Giants game
