Ya, he backed up Edelman for years then played the slot in MIA behind a scrap heap of starters. Never has dominated on the outside for any team hes ever played on. AKA..career back up.

and the last part was funny comming from a part time hack that just shows up every once in awhile, makes fun of someone, says something stupid then rinse/repeat 2 months later.

Just draft somebody as a replacement and this is a good signing IMO. Vet with good hands and routes but for sure on the wrong side of 30 but that's why he got a 1 year deal. Everyone seems to be getting inflated contracts this season so 4.5 for him isn't terrible but not the greatest... But like everyone has said before you gotta overpay people to come to Detroit apparently... Hopefully we do actually draft someone and maybe he can learn a thing or two from the old guy and push for playing time early...
