This according to Adam Shefter. I'm assuming Bill's concussion is more serious than they thought? Or maybe just depth? Chris Houston returned to practice today, btw.

pretty big scrap pile...hopefully they can find something useful

Lol they're smart for being proactive. These DBs are so injury prone it's pitiful.

I just saw Morgan Trent was one of the guys they looked at. FUUUCCKKKK!!! Talk about desperation. Every Lion fan who is also a Wolvie fan, or likely even the Sparties, et al, had to feel the same way...NNNOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Of course, just cuz he was at the tryout doesn't mean he'll be on the team. I guess it is smart to have one guy you absolutely know is trash and can set the low bar for your analysis.

Captain PI himself? Awesome.

trade titus for kyle wilson if you want a CB or tyvon branch if you want a S.

People giving up on Titus already?

Like I said earlier, all the players we're looking at are crap. No team, week 2, means crap.

I was sold that Broyles is a #1 pick that only fell cause he was injured. Therefor hes better than titus if im supposed to listen to all those people. That makes Titus expendable especially since hes a frikken jackass.

Expendable? He had a very good rookie year as far as WR go. Might have made mistakes but far from expendable.

Titus is showing he isn't able to control himself and learn from prior mistakes. If that continues through this year, I'd definitely trade him for a starting DB. Trade him before other teams pick up on his character issues being worse than what is already publicized. Broyles can definitely step in, get a WR again next year in R2-R4 and not miss a beat.

One would hope Titus would straighten out since he is obviously behind CJ in talent and will never be #1 on this team. Burleson will be capable for another year, though he might be #3 if Broyles really steps up. I like Nate in the slot more anyway.

Not giving up on Titus yet...but patience with his personality is wearing thin. We don't need a TO type of WR on this team, nor should we when no one will top CJ for many years.

They are not gonna trade Titus. And I doubt the Jets would part with Wilson anyway. I agree he needs to grow up but trading Titus would then create a big hole on the team. He is the perfect slot WR for our offense and I am not sure how healthy Broyles is right now

I don't recall him ever doing much out of the slot. Broyles is supposed to be good in the slot. Trade titus!

Jets don't really need him..Holmes is replaceable without trading if they don't want him much longer, Stephen Hill will probably be much better than Young. (Really think he could be something special), and finding a guy to throw in the slot can be had by searching the FA market or drafting late at times.

Thats fine....im cool with tyvon branch starting opposite delmas. Oak has mitchell waiting on tge bench at safety and needs wr help badly.

Derp derp derp trade titus derp derp derp unproven rookie is supposed to be better derp derp derp burleson is like 32 derp derp derp.

leme guess....all the "derp"s are stupid things titus does? We drafted Broyles in the 2nd round and didnt even dress him....how derp is that!

for the record, i'm not in favor of trading titus now, but if he continues a downward spiral and becomes a cancer to the team then he will be either cut or traded, the lions have made it pretty clear with their response to berry who they were projecting as a starter. not saying they will get rid of titus, but i'm certain they are paying close attention to his actions and personal fouls after the whistle do not help his cause.

i'm confident they talked with him about it and are continuing to help him with these behavioral issues. obviously better to help him and correct those than to lose his talent because his head is too screwed up...but how long they will tolerate such actions is anyone's guess.
