I did some research this morning into QB passer rating in wins, here's what I found

Stafford posted an 85.7 rating overall, 93.1 rating in wins

How does that compare to the rest of the league (among qualified QBs)?

Overall - 21 out of 33
In wins - 27 out of 33
In wins (min. 2 wins) - 26 out of 32
In wins (min. 4 wins) - 24 out of 29
In wins (min. 5 wins) - 23 out of 27
In wins (min. 6 wins) - 20 out of 24
In wins (min. 7 wins) - 15 out of 17
In wins (min. 8 wins) - 13 out of 14
In wins (min. 9 wins) - 10 out of 11
In wins (min. 10 wins) - 9 out of 10
In wins (min. 11 wins) - 8 out of 8

How did the other 11+ win QBs fare in wins?

STOP posting facts. You need to look at LKP's true stats. I think there is a web site that has them...it's run by Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.
 
His true rating of 99 would still be ranked 21st because all other QB's have a true rating..unless of course all other QB INT were all their fault..
 
11 win QB. Stafford compares well to the 7 others.

True 99 rating. Each QB is under different circumstances.

99 is good especially given Staffords Oline and run game circumstances. It does not matter what any other QB had. 99 is a good rating for any QB.

Comparing is pointless. You look at what the number is.

99 is a good rating. And some QBs only have like 2 wins. Stafford has 93 rating true 99 over an 11 game span. More impressive.

Stafford is a good QB.
 
Well, since we don't bother with comparisons and just look at numbers in a vacuum...

Rodgers, Romo, Roethlisberger, Peyton, Eli, Ryan, Rivers, Flacco, Alex Smith, Fitzpatrick, Brees, Tannehill, Brady, Luck, Kaepernick, Bridgewater, Palmer, Wilson, and Orton are also good

Incredible actually, I guess most QBs in this league are "good".

Everyone has different circumstances. We should be very happy with what Stafford provides the Lions. Especially after an 11 win season.

We should be happy with the progress that the defense made last year. Stafford hasn't changed...he is still an average QB that does not meet his expectations. If you are satisfied with mediocrity...Stafford is your man!

He did very well considering his circumstances. New system, poor protection and little to no run game.

33 offensive TD drives, 38 FG attempts with no run game and poor protection. Plus some Calvin and TE and Reggie Bush injuries. Last year it was 68 combined TDs/FG attempts but way more turnovers. Stafford did what he does with less turnovers and it helped the Lions win 11. And it wasn't due to lack of attempts. Still over 600. It was due to smarter decisions. That was worth 4 wins.

Stafford deserves to finally have a defense. Brady and Big Ben and Wilson get defenses, why doesn't Stafford deserve that. Romo and Rodgers have a run game. Stafford deserves that.

The Lions had the makings of this defense last year. But 15 fumbles lost and 19 ints kind of screwed our defense along with more secondary injuries/experience (Houston, Slay, Quin). The new staff and Stafford corrected that.

Stafford gets graded on a curve due to the run game/protection problems. Even with those circumstances he produced. 24 TDs and a big hand in the other 9 rushing TD drives (all in wins) and the 38 field goal attempts. I could give you several plays in almost every one of those drives where he did good.
