I kinda wish next week's game was the late start. That game should be a bit of a test (hopefully not), and next week we have plans at 11:30-1 or so, so we'll likely miss the whole 1st half.

I know Army had a good season last year, but Duke kicked their ass. I really don't think Army is going to be much of a test. The score may look something semi-respectable like 34-14, but that's just because Army slows the game down so much. They bleed the play clock to about 5 on every snap.

DVR the game, pick up it up at the start when you can. You'll be able to catch up to reality pretty quickly by fast forwarding through all the BS

Buddy from college in town past few days and for some reason had to wear a jersey to his meeting yesterday and he wore his Woodson 2. Some random Sparty girl at the table next to us made a comment as did some hotel bar manager who made sure we knew he was a buckeye douche.

It has just turned August 30 over the home I grew up in near the corner of Sunset and Brooks in Vic’s friend Dr. Dave’s neighborhood, who was our paperboy in my senior year at Michigan, who has been the principal at Wines Elementary School where I attended and where my dear sweet departed father taught for many years.

I met AC at Dooley’s once; he was having a beer with John Wangler, whom I also knew from a class.

There are many more #1s, obviously, to be welcomed on this thread today.
