I see one problem with the team right now. It's Shea. He's missed too many throws. The plays that were called worked, the blocking was there, the receivers were open... The QB missed.

Bingo. Shea isn't very good. He's a good improviser. He can't read a D quickly so he has to extend plays to turn it into sandlot football. That's why the offense is so inconsistent.
