Cujo the 8 million dollar goalie who had to play in the minors. Has his salary been more sensible, he could have been traded, but due to massive contract nobody wanted to take it.
Uwe Krupp the injury faking German.16.4 million dollars over 4 seasons playing a total of 30 games. Keep in mind thats 1999 money! When he signed the deal it was more than guys like Chelios and Lidstrom.
Daren Hatcher (**Michigan) 5 year 30 million contract, played total of 22 regular season games. Bought out when salary cap came into effect.
Weiss (**Michigan minors, spent years trying to get him) 5 year 25 million contract, bought out.
Nielsen same scoring pace as Weiss and longer contract. Bonus of no movement/trade clause. Will be 38 when contract expires.
