The point is that Trammell is an HOF shortstop. That's all.

There probably is a cut off for what constitutes over walking. But that's not Tram, he didn't walk like Williams. So I'm not sure I understand your point.

Tram was just a better all around player and deserved the Hall and Smith didn't.

It's ridiculous that Ozzie Smith is in the HOF and Trammell is on the outside looking in. To think otherwise is beyond stupid.
