This week's schedule is just brutal. Vs. #13 Maryland Monday, @#19 Iowa Thursday, and @ a hot Purdue team Sunday.

We're 5.5 point favorites tonight, but this is a pick em game to me. Iowa is playing much better than they had been and this is a massive game for their program and campus, the crowd will be into it. We need to break out of our 3 pt shooting slump to win.

I expect us to go 1-1 in our next 2, but if we find a way to win twice, getting to 10-0 with most of the tough parts of our schedule done will make us really hard to catch for the conference title.

We've definitely gotten the short end of the scheduling stick so far. 6 of the first 10 on the road, and 3 games in the span of a week this week (with 2 on the road), all against teams currently in the Top 6.

I will be curious to see when it's all said and done what coaches think of the 20 game conference schedule. It does make the schedules a bit more balanced as far as determining a regular season champion, but it takes a schedule that is already a grind and makes it even moreso.

How do you have a shot clock violation first possession of the game? Someone want to explain that to me?

Not going to win many games shooting under 40% and 10 turnovers in a half

This team's consistency is remarkable. They don't take nights off and they just stay with it throughout the course of a game.

I really felt like they checked out in the first half but holy shit they turned it up in the 2nd half.

Wow. We are 9-0 in the conference and 9-0 against the spread in those games. Team looked a little tired and then turned it on.

A win at a hot Purdue Sunday and this team has a claim to being the best in the country.

We have 9 quadrant 1 wins, no one else has more than 7.

the schedule is really funky - after pu we get a 6 day break b/w games but in our last 10 games there are 3 streaks of 3 games in 7 or 8 days - two of them combine to 4 games in 10 days. 2 of the 3 do involve 2 home games, so that helps but this stretch is going to be particularly tough considering we have to play uofm twice and IU again.

I think I'm glad we're playing uofm on the road first and the home game is the season ending senior day game. If we drop the first, I'd rather not have the added pressure of needing to beat them at Crysler.
