Glass house residents learning why you don't cast stones (especially at the Harbaugh investigation, WHICH WAS BULLSHIT) (link).

The alleged violations occurred under Mel Tucker, and MSU is taking the position that it's unfair given they already fired him.

I kind of agree. Maybe send a letter of reprimand and move on, but conduct a full investigation?

I'm wondering why the NCAA would tie up any of their limited resources going after MSU here... their program sucks (so this can't be motivated by rivals using the NCAA to kneecap a successful one), and they DID get rid of Tucker already.

Maybe they did do something really bad?

Or does the NCAA just see this as another opportunity to look like they're doing something, while not actually doing something?

With the Wild West-NIL-transfer-Brinks-Truck-bottomless-booster-bank-account-money-laundering-sewer-pipeline that the NCAA has devolved to, how can "recruiting violations" even be possible anymore?

Good question. I don't know. I guess contacting recruits outside recruiting times, or otherwise blocking other teams from recruiting them. But if competitors can just throw money around, then it's hard to see what they could actually do.

I'm sure as we speak, OSU is trying to find a new way to cheat.

Just look at the mind control in progress. Prolly some mk-ultra-level manipulation going on here.
