MSU vs Rutgers

Hill runs hard, I've been impressed

Haven't watched much of the 2nd half, hanging Christmas lights during the blowout

Played a pretty complete game. Sent the 17 seniors out in style. Lots of positives, the O line was dominant and gave Cool all day. Langford and Hill ran well, our receivers made plays. Trae Waynes absolutely shut Leonte Caroo down (1 catch for 6 yards). DBs played very well as a whole and Tony Lippett looked great playing corner.

Cook is coming back, hearing Calhoun will be back too, Waynes should leave, but I guess it's 50-50 now, we'll need a couple players to step up, but next year is going to be a very experienced and talented team. O line should be as good or better, will need a RB to step up and 1 more WR to become consistent, but the offense should be great again next year. Defense could be very good too, it's all about how you develop and improve.

I'm hearing cook and Waynes back, Calhoun 90% gone.

We'll see, we'll need some DEs to step up wihout Calhoun, I think Malik moves back outside.

We should be big favorites next week at PSU who lost to Illinois today, another 10 win season and a BCS level bowl. I think most Spartan fans predicted 10-2 or 9-3 before the season with all we lost, knew we wouldn't be quite as good as 2013 but had a chance to be. We didn't improve quite as much to be better than 2013, but I think we all were looking at this year as a little bit of a rebuilding year knowing that 2015 we would have a senior stacked team that was more equipped to make a national run. We're going to need some players to step up, but you have to think 2015 is the year we could take another step forward. Tough road games at OSU and at Nebraska (new coach for them?) and we get Oregon at home, pretty clean schedule other than that. 9-3 is the floor next year IMO, ceiling is undefeated.

Melvin Gordon's record is not gonna last long, Oklahoma's RB has 378 yards in the 3rd quarter.

I'm getting tired of the talking heads defending FSU. Yes just winning the game is what matters more than how you do it, but they continue to barely escape against very average teams. I think right now they'd lose by at least 10 points on a neutral field against every other team in the Top 10.

Plus they're winning with a qb that should be suspended. They're pushing his hearing until after the acc title game and then he's allowed an appeal that would take him through the playoff.

Nice tidbit, I didnt know that. There is a guy I used to work with from Michigan a total bandwagoner that always talks smack when MSU is losing. OK, hes a Bulls fan in the NBA, UNC in NCAA hoops, 49'ers in NFL, FSU in college Football, So he just took all the best teams of the 80's and 90's because they were good when he was young.

I despise this type of sports fan especially when they trash talk, for this reason alone I dont want FSU to win. No allegiance to any team where he grew up just the best teams when he was a kid :) Ive never seen a team escape so many times, Id love them to lose 1 game and then get them in a bowl game. I just dont want to see them win it all and im quite sure they wont once they play a top 10.
