Just heard on the radio that Philadelphia traded to Detroit KJ Martin and gave Detroit two future second round picks. Classic salary dump move. Pistons give up no player.

as expected, the Pistons are part of the Jimmy Butler trade. They are getting two scrubs to help facilitate the deal. There better be some draft picks coming as well.

This was what we gave up for the above mentioned Dennis Schroeder. Though he came from GS not Utah so I'm confused.

I think so. Apparently he was with GS, was taking a shower told him he was going to Utah, poor man didn't even get to finish his shower - then traded to us.

Schroeder is a 31 year old backup PG. A little depth, but basically a turd

sounds like the Pistons sent one of the 2nd round picks with the players for Schroeder. The add a little depth, but a pretty underwhelming trade deadline for a team that had the most cap space to offer, and the MLE. They didn't get better or ad anything of value for the future. MEH

that isn't saying much. Hardaway is a turd and he starts. Thompson is a turd, he starts. Tobias is a turd most of the time, he starts. This team is basically Cade and a bunch of turds!

The guys we had last season are turds. These guys you listed aren't. Thomson is a defensive gem.. Its not all about offense. The rest fill roles.

Do we need another star, yep - but until then this guy will help. You don't go from 14 wins to having a competent starting 5 in less than a year. So Ausar, Tobias, THJ etc. are improvement on last years guys. Baby steps. Turd lite if you will.
