His style just doesn't work with 5 star talent. He just overcoaches the shit out of his teams. Roll out the 5 guys, and let them play until they cannot go anymore.

Agreed. He get's a ton out of subpar talents, but really struggles with how do use blue chip talent. Even going all the way back to Zach Randolph who got less than 20 minutes a game even though he was unstoppable all season.

He's gotta go back to the way he used to do it. He'd get some talent, but most of time he'd find these gritty guys with enough talent to make it work. You could tell JJJ just didn't want to be out there.
