NFC North Schedules

My worry is they just replace JBc for Godsey. His offense was not very good in Houston. The more I think on it it looks like Jbc was kept for two reason. One to appease Stafford, and the big reason was to have a fall guy for when the season went sideways like it has so far.
Patricia can use him as cover for his failures to have his team ready verses very bad teams .
You just can’t lose to the Jets and 49ers.

Say we're in line to win 5-7 games. Should we can jbc now and grab a guy like hugh Jackson?

I don't see anything over 5 to be honest bro. I also could see the Bills beating us in Buffalo btw lol.
I want JBC gone now...
Jackson this yr??? Not happening. He was just fired lol. You talking next yr??? I'd be on board with him as the OC if he was interested. He's a great offensive mind...

Just heard Peter King on the Colin Cowherd show. They were talking about the Bears and the NFC North. Bears lead the division with a QB that ranks 26th in salary.

Trubiski 26th
Rodgers 1st
Cousins 3rd
Stafford 5th

I think there are two ways to win in the NFL.

1. Draft a good QB and try to win prior to him getting a huge contract
2. Get an elite QB and have him carry the team

And load up on defense.

you can load up on defense or offense...not sure it matters (Rams & KC)

But with defense you don't need a stud like QB. Alex Smith was a game manager in KC for years.. You might not win a SB with a guy like him but can win playoff games. He's won 2 if you include his last year in SF. Tebow even won a playoff game.

Amos and Eddie Jackson will get paid eventually.
Hicks, Goldman, Mack got big deals recently.
Trevathan on the end of bigger deal.
Fuller just got paid and improved and stayed healthy and Amukamara had enough bad years that he could get a smaller deal.
Roquan Smith on a rookie deal.

Is anyone even hurt on that Bears D? We have Ansah out a long time or on limited snaps, Slay banged up most of the year, Agnew on IR at nickel, JRM banged up but whatever, Robinson banged up recently. And now Quin regressed big time rather quickly. And of course Harrison not added until mid-year.

If Slay and Ansah hurt and Quin regresses, you lose the defense quickly

Then maybe they drop in the standings and Minny or GB moves up. The Lions are the only team not winning our division. Chicago this year, Minny last tear, GB the year before.. Detroit 1993.

If Mack missed the amount of time Ansah did and Fuller banged up, Bears would be in big big trouble.

Fangio should be a head coach somewhere next year to hurt the Bears

They made a good trade. And he didn't threaten to retire. And Ansah is a big ass bust.

Jon Gruden should be shot for that trade.

Hope Mack gets hurt like Ansah every year.

Also Bears paid him huge money. We wouldn't have paid Gronk.
