NFL has scheduled a 4pm news conference. They may be adding a 8th playoff team to each league because of the Bengals bills game and elimination of the top team getting a bye. They also have other Scenarios in play.

As much as i love the idea of 8 playoff teams (I hate that teams have a bye), i also don't really understand how this helps solve the problem of the bills and bungles not playing 1 game.
