Sometimes I wonder if Smotz can even dunk. He's 6'9" so more than likely he can, but his athletic ability leaves me wondering.

he plays on the perimeter in the offense and doesn't possess a ton of speed, so when he drives, he has guys all over him. no chance he dunks unless it's a breakaway or somebody forgets to guard him. I think the coaches should work on him getting a post game. He'd be so dangerous...

Oh I know he is not dunking in traffic. He has absolutely no explosion off the ground. May have a 10" vertical. He does need a post game to go with his outside game, but to be effective against other bigs inside he'll need to get off the ground a bit better as well.

i hope people have pointed out his short comings. He gets a great O rebound, immediately throws it up without thinking or seeing where he's shooting, misses badly, and starts a break for the other team. Then he can never get a handle on the ball when it's passed to him in the paint. Combine that with him being slow and no vertical to speak of and he's a bench player.
