It appears that several people agree with me.

I didn't realize gameday would be there. bet they wish they had scheduled THAT one differently...

not sure how they ended up with that one either. before the season, I would've told you that the only nationally intriguing Big Ten game on paper was Michigan-MSU, and I don't think that has changed much, since both teams are probably still expected to finish #1 & #2 in the Legends, and no one in the Leaders NOT on probation looks very interesting now that Wisconsin is a dung heap. besides why go to a game when one of the participants is on probation anyway?

From statements I've heard in years previous, they don't set the whole schedule at the beginning of the year. They decide as the season progresses and as they just stated in College Football Live, "This is a lackluster slate this weekend." I believe Rinaldi said this is the only Top 20 match-up of the weekend. (I didn't check the schedule to see if that is indeed the case.) The only other "big" game is TN v GA.

WVU vs Baylor is the only other decent game besides maybe OK St vs Texas.

And I think ESPN GameDay is going to Lansing and giving Ohio* its exposure, but wouldn't go to Columbus or Happy Valley to showcase either as Home team.

Meyer has the team ready for first B1G game. Buckeyes have appeared shakey throughout non-conference but they are a work in progress and getting a couple guys back from injury. Defense will load up to contain Bell and MSU has little else. Miller will make a big play or two and that will be the difference.

Why not Nebraska vs Wisconsin? To me, that's just as appealing as OH*@Sparty

It looks like I'm going to be jammed Tuesday early...let's call each other in the afternoon...

Ha, ha, Vic...so the irreplacable battery (because they don't make 'em anymore) in my prehistoric cell phone finally died last week, so I was forced to drag myself into the 21st Century, and I broke down and got an iPhone 4 (primarily because they were almost giving them away - got one for the wife, too, so she could figure out how to use it, and show me).

It was a struggle, but I finally figured out how to add you as a contact.

It might be a busy day for me for Mr. L on Tuesday - I'll keep you posted.

So Gholston gives Miller a little extra out of bounds and two plays later Lewis chucks him and Sparty fan chants "He's a Pussy!!"

TD Ohio*

HaHa "MSU is going to start blitzing"

really? no shit!

Dammit, the Detroit Tigers game today is blacked out on my MLB subscription - all games are blacked out in this time slot. Rats.

wait... technically I guess we have to root for ohio now, since they're in the other division. damn.

an MSU win helps us.

shit. count my vote for MSU as a vote for ohio.

We never have to, nor should we EVER want Ohio* to win at anything.

Ever.

yeah, I hear they are trying to hire the scab NFL refs to run their time clock next year.
