Yep. When someone is cut, they can sign immediately.

Arenas is their dime back....gotta assume conversations with Carr were going the wrong way to make this move and pay so much money. Flowers is their franchise guy at DB....cant imagine they tie up so much money with 3 guys.

restructure calvin and move avril and you have plenty of money to use on OL, CB, or S.

Still don't have plenty of money. You could MAYBE get one player, and you'd still have to cut Corey Williams or make him take a paycut.
