OT Weddings on gamedays

Whats wrong with Winter weddings? As long as it's indoors who cares how shitty the weather is?

Well, most weddings devote a not-insignificant amount of time to pictures, and you can't do pictures outside in the winter... if you care about that sort of thing... I sure as hell don't.

also... status; some of the more extremely opulent weddings I've been to are only being held for the parents of the bride to advertise their wealth and social status... and if you are having your wedding during a season when it's widely known that wedding costs are cheaper, it defeats the purpose.

This probably isn't all that relevant considering the small sample size, but thought I would mention it anyway. I have heard from a number of sources that many women would love to be able to say they were a June bride. Anyone else hear that?

I've never heard of such a thing. I do know when I get married, a gameday wedding won't be an issue. I'm only going to marry someone as passionate about football as me - hopefully UM too.
