Just out of complete curiosity since I honestly don't know the answer, how many teams do the whole co-coordinator on offense/defense? What exactly is Bollman's job sitting next to Warner? I would have to imagine that having two minds who may have different styles can only do damage to a game plan.

It appears that Bollman's main role is to sit there and be just as dumb as Warner. In that regard, he excels at his job.
