will Raheem Blackshear enter the transfer portal this week since he's only played four games so he can get on a better team and save this year's eligibility?

During the game Saturday, Millen said he'd like to see him surrounded by better players, so there's probably plenty of coaches that would be interested. How many teams would contact him?

Ohio State did.

They offered him all the tattoos and bitchin? classic hot rods that he could want.

He's a junior. He should just run for the hills (NFL) after this season.

He needs to stay if he cares anything at all for that program.

they need to do something to get in state kids to stay home - NJ is a hot bed of high school football talent. If they had any tradition they could keep in-state kids and have pipeline into Long Island, the rest of NY and southern Connecticut.

The fact that one of the most densely populated areas of the country practically from DC to Boston doesn't have a powerhouse football program is so strange. I could be wrong but even Phili could be their territory - my impression is PA is like 2 states w/ Phili and the east being more east cost and everything 70+ miles west of NJ more Midwest. The 2 best programs anywhere near the area are Penn State and Virginia which are both pretty far, there's nothing better than Syracuse or Boston College and metro NY area kids have no real ties to either. I knew more Syracuse and BC people when I lived in Chicago than I do out here.

He's not even good at RU...what makes you think he would get drafted in the NFL?

Maybe XFL or CFL.

he's 5'9" 2 star kid out of high school, if he changed his position to cornerback and entered the portal, Dantonio would probably call him in the first 5 minutes.

Both Blackshear and Pacheco are homerun hitters in space. Rutgers has an issue of suckiness on the Oline. Nothing these 2 can do about it.
