No, IF Michigan wins out, they will be in the play-off. IF they lose a game, then they won't. I can't see any playoff committee keeping out a 12-1 team that just beat Ohio State at Cbus, earlier beat UW, MSU, and PSU, and then again just beat whomever wins the east (Not saying MIchigan will do all that). They will not keep out a team that accomplishes that. I can't see it
