Patterson eligible per the Twitters

Last I checked, 28 is more than 26.

You won't see results until september, so hopefully, we won't see your football related posts until then.

Well, you made the comment to compare the two, and those records are basically the same.

So you can go ahead and just admit you missed on that one. You know you damn well made the comment thinking there was a huge gap between Hoke and Harbaugh through three years.

No problem bud. I'll leave the posting to the positive pros like yourself :) I know dissenting opinions aren't allowed around here.

Patterson eligible= Good, makes me happy. Team still has a lot of work to do, and he's not a savior. That's it.

Nope, 28 wins is better than 26 wins.

28 wins in 3 years is winning games...28 of them, in fact

You'd think Michigan went 3-9 last year or 5-7 or something.

Now go cry yourself to sleep and enjoy your summer. Remember, you don't like looking forward to football season anyway, cause you'd miss out on summer.

Sorry, I'll fall in line. Go Michigan. National champs with Patterson.

Happy?

If, as a fan, you can’t recognize change in terms of depth and culture vs Hoke ......smh

Vic, that wasn't the question. He said compare the records between the two, and that's what I did. And the records are damn near identical.

The culture is different. The team is better. I'm not denying any of that. But they still have a lot to prove. And that's why even with Patterson, I'm not throwing confetti everywhere. I'm cautiously optimistic.

I?m just saying the Pete Finebaum line of saying Harbaugh is Hoke is stupid.

You would think that the experience of RichRod and Hoke would make it so some Michigan fans wouldn't act so spoiled and entitled, but I guess not...

I just look at it this way. Last year was really year 1. If Michigan builds from there, I'll be happy. Harbaugh proved that you don't have to wait until you get your own recruits in there, though. You can win with what you inherit; 20 games the first 2 years. RichRod won 8 games total his first 2 seasons. If that happened, I'd understand some of the criticism.

Hey, I never would even dare compare the two as coaches and in terms of culture. But he was trying to prove that Harbaugh's record was far and away better than Hoke's, and he's just factually wrong. There's no reason to ask and word that question without that intention.

I'm happy and guardedly optimistic there will be a big break through this season. I hope this whole process is leading us to that. And if it doesn't, there's something deeper wrong with the program.

The experience of Rich Rod and Hoke is why fans are negative. It's been a long time since the program has accomplished anything meaningful.

That's why I jokingly say: "Michigan Football, specializing in disappointment since 1997."

I'm positive as shit with the basketball program, and I'm apathetic towards football until something happens. It's been exhausting getting my hopes up for a decade waiting for something big to happen. That's why I stay at the "prove me" stage with them.

Like I said, happy that Patterson is eligible. But many people (not here) are going WAY too far with it. Dude hasn't played a snap yet, and he may not even be the starter.

I never said it was far and away better. You're putting words in my mouth. It is better. That is all. Harbaugh has won games.

As one who spends a few thousand every year to get back to A2, travel to away games and/or go to Bowl games ...I am bullish as fuck on this team and program.

Fuck noter dame

You're positive as shit with the bball program now. Just 2 years ago, you were crying for JB's head.

I haven't went anywhere with it. I said this is good news. That is all. I haven't said anything about Michigan winning the big 10 or a national championship.

Let's be truthful here and not put words in anyone's mouth.

This year's schedule is one of, if not THE, hardest in the nation. @ND, @MSU, @OSU, home vs UW and PSU...it's going to be a tough one.

The good news is, if Michigan loses 2 QB's, we won't be watching Joe Milton run out there under center OR JOK or even WIlton Speight.

Truth is, the Patterson news is good news, but might not mean anything towards the bottom line, wins/losses. There is nothing factual that says Michigan will definitely win more games just because Patterson will be ruled eligible. Michigan might've won 10 games without him. They might win 10 games with him. Who knows?!!?

But, It is still good news that the NCAA is going to do the right thing, in my opinion anyway.

Of course, we can ruin every single football thread from now until september first by crying about Harbaugh not winning enough games for the casual fan, but that to me sounds just plain stupid.

I was? That's news to me. I said something had to change when things looked stagnant. I didn't say he had to go.

Actually, I was probably the only person around here standing behind him when everyone was calling for his head in his first few years.

Thanks anyways.

You have a horrible memory.

You have a horrible memory.

Just an honest question. What's your point in all this? Do you just want to prove I'm some crazy, headcase of a fan that doesn't belong here? Are you hoping to win something?

You can block me, do whatever. I just do not fully get your purpose with all of this.

I can legitimately say I enjoy 99.99 percent of the conversation with everyone on here, and there are a lot of times you are cool.

But it's just this random shit that makes zero sense where you have this bug up your ass.

I'm just tired of the crying in every single football post. Get over it.

Just like you were crying in every single basketball post about 2 years ago. Going on and on about how JB can't win games.

I've already stated my goal. I don't want every single football thread from now until Sept 1st to be you and Bob crying about how Harbaugh can't win any football games or how he has to resort to getting a transfer QB instead of birthing, raising, recruiting, and developing a QB. Every single time you guys repeat yourself for the millionth time, I will be there repeating myself telling you that I'm tired of reading about it.

Sounds good. I appreciate your clarity about the intentions on here.

I will try to be more positive about the team going forward. I don't want to ruin anyone's experience on here.
