28 or 37 are both absurd. 28 could be do-able depending on the cap increase though and cutting Tulloch, Bush and Jones. I would cut all 3 of those players to keep Suh based on Riddick/Whithead, Van Noy/George Johnson/Taylor/ability to draft a DE.
