Playoff baseball

This Jays/Rangers game is ridiculous right now. Fans throwing shit, bat flips, 20'minute review delays and benches emptying

That great story has a dark side too.

The Astros were purposely tanking for years, trading every quality player they had and losing more and more and doing it just so they could draft better. I remember Dan and Jim mentioning that a few other AL owners has complained to Selig that Astros ownership/management was purposely not putting the best product on the field.

So I'm rooting for them to tank, just like they did all those years on purpose.

Blame the mechanism that allowed the them to have those three terrible seasons to rebuild via flaming the franchise. The signing cap on draft picks leveled the field, and the Astros had more cap money than other clubs because of the low payroll.

Follow along This is my order who I was rooting for.

Astros zero WS title.
Texas zero WS titles.
Cubs 1908
KC 1984
Mets 1986
Dodgers 1988
Jays 92 and 93

Now teams like the dodgers, Yankees, and Giants never get my vote anymore after how many they have won.. i should have rooted for KC last year But I just couldn't for some reason..

I mean the Cubs only have 2 less WS titles then the Tigers do. Pretty freaking sad the Tigers have only 4 WS titles in over 100 years of baseball..

Why should I root for the Jays and all their trades to come together and win it all. Why doesn't that shit ever seem to work of the tigers?

i look at it this way, if the Cubs where to finally win one for the first time in over hundred years then the lions can take sole possession of the most heartbroken fan base and settle it once and for all! Lol @&&@en lions

Freaking Lions... Not with the fords... But maybe in a dream..

today is the anniversary of Gibby's WS HR off Eckersly. Now...they haven't even started the AL/NLCS series.

1908 cubs
1985 KC
1986 mets
1993 blue Jays

Last time they have won the ws.

How and why Murphy got to third on that walk and why FIVE potential players failed to cover third is the question of the season. This was no SP game in Scottsdale. Incredibly inexcusable on the part of the Dodgers.

I guess other teams have dumb guys too!!!!

So Price absolutely blows in the playoffs. Made his inevitable trade a tad bit easier to swallow.
